Dr. Mahesh Reddy is the Co-founder and Executive Director of Nova Medical Centers, India’s first multi-specialty standalone short-stay surgical centers. He is counted amongst the foremost specialists in the area of shoulder surgery in India.

Dr. Reddy was conferred an Honorary Fellowship by the Royal College of Surgeons of England and has rendered lectures on various shoulder topics as a guest faculty in national and international meetings. He is an Executive Member of the CII National Committee for health and Secretary of the Shoulder and Elbow Society of India. He has also founded the Watanabe Cadaveric Course in India to provide hands-on training for shoulder arthroscopic surgeons.

Dr. Reddy is associated with two internationally renowned orthopaedic surgery research journals, namely the Journal of Bone and Joint Surgery (JBJS) and Journal of Shoulder and Elbow Surgery as a reviewer & subeditor for Asia. He is the Organizing Secretary of the annual Bangalore Shoulder Course.

Dr. Reddy was recently awarded the Frost and Sullivan ‘Healthcare Entrepreneur of the Year 2013’ award for Nova’s most promising and innovative business model, which has made an impact on the healthcare industry.

Mr. Kamath is the Group COO responsible for Nova’s Surgical Centers and Infertility Clinics.

He has over 25 years of Leadership, General Management, Operations, Marketing & Sales and Business Development experience across healthcare majors such as Wockhardt Hospitals, Apollo Hospitals, Nicholas Piramal, Johnson & Johnson. He holds a Masters degree in Microbiology and an MBA, both from the University of Mumbai. He also attended the Advanced Management Program at Walter A. Haas School of Business, Berkeley, California.

Mr. Kamath is a much sought after speaker in business forums across the world and is a visiting faculty at premier institutes of management including IIM, Ranchi.

Naresh Rao is the Group CFO for Nova. Immediately prior to joining Nova, Naresh was President & Group CFO at TVS Logistics where he helped the company set up a scalable finance organization and also played a key role in recent successful acquisition. He was with WNS Global Services as Senior Vice President & was instrumental in their 2006 listing on NYSE. He started his career with Wipro Limited.

Amit Gupta has completed his CA, CPA and is currently pursuing his ADP from Wharton. His career is spread over 14 years of post-qualification experience across finance and M&A functions. Before joining Nova as Head of Mergers & Acquisitions he worked as Associate Director in Transaction Advisory Ernst & Young. He has worked in Ireland, England and Australia during an eight year old tenure in GE Capital. He also played an instrumental role in Genpact's acquisitions and NYSE listing
