Nova Medical Center develops and manages Daycare Surgical Centers. The company has been floated by New York-based private investment company GTI Group LLC and Dr Mahesh Reddy.

Nova opened its first branch at Koramangala in Bangalore in May 2009. It is spread across 12,000 sqft and has ultra-modern facilities. The second center is at Sadashivnagar.

The group plans to open 25 Daycare Surgical Centers across India in the coming months. These centers will be set up at upscale and convenient locations.

Nova partners with 35-40 established surgeons at each center and shares profits with these investor-surgeons. The business model deployed at the Nova Medical Center has been proved successful in the US and UK.
