The Center will be a multi-specialty Ambulatory Surgery facility formed by the merger of the Urology practice of Dr Ramayyas's Pramila Hospitals with Nova. Dr Ramesh Ramayya, renowned Urologist and Chairman and CEO of Dr. Ramayya's Pramila Hospitals and his team will practice exclusively at the new Nova Center.

Dr Ramayya's Pramila Hospitals was founded by Dr. G.P. Ramayya and Mrs. Pramila Ramayya in 1970. This operation will subsequently shift to a new Center that Nova is developing at a premium locality in Hyderabad. Nova will be acquiring a Robot for advanced minimally invasive surgeries and urological procedures. It will also have advanced imaging systems for interventional vascular work and interventional uro-radiology.
